A week and a half ago we had a huge snow storm, dumped about 10 inches over central New Jersey. This was my ride home.
I got home, put on a hat and my dirt bike goggles and proceeded to spend 2 hours outside in the falling snow and freezing conditions cleaning the cars and the driveway. Easier to clean while it's still fresh then wait till the next day and have not only more to clean but most likely frozen snow too.
Rode mostly in South Jersey doing a little over 100 miles. Sunday was Superbowl Sunday and most people were probably attending parties, there was hardly anyone on the road. Rode around a lake in Pemberton, the lake is completely frozen.
Today I went to work with another snowstorm on the way and by the time I arrived at work it was snowing badly. The weathermen were predicting 6 or more inches of snow, I left work at 12:30 and headed home, took me almost 2 hours to get home.
Now they predicting 4 to 6 inches on Wednesday and then another snowstorm for the weekend. I'm so tired of this weather, I want to move to where the average is always in the 60's or above. I'm hoping to move to Florida within a couple of years.
Oh, if anyone has a shotgun, help me shoot the damn rodent that predicted 6 more weeks of winter.
