The crazy bunch

Bill from Tampa, Florida is also attending the Yukon Tenere gathering in Whitehorse at the beginning of July.  He is a fellow blogger and he has created a neat map with all the riders forum name's on the map showing the distance everyone is traveling to get to Whitehorse.  Bill, "Twitch" is his name on the Yamaha Tenere forum, is the one traveling the longest distance at 4028 miles.  "Pocreva" in Lillian, Alabama is second with 3725 miles and I'm the third with 3672 miles.  My forum name is "SuperTen"

  2. Wow. You are going to have so much fun. Do you have an extra cushion for your seat or is there lots of padding on the Tenere? I don't think I've heard anything about the stock seat.

How long before you are too excited to sleep?

    1. I don't have anything on it, just the standard Yamaha seat, I was thinking of getting a sheepskin to put over the seat, I heard it really helps. The seat is like a dirt bike seat, doesn't allow you to slide and that is what causes problems to a lot of riders. It's worse for guys :-)
I will see, I can ride standing up when I need to stretch the legs.

  3. Ooohhhhhh!! Is there also going to be a map with moving avatars to show where each person is? Like in the Rat Race? ;)

You are gonna have so much fun!!

I'm already too excited to sleep properly at night, thinking about so many things, my head just spins.
